Remote Video Conference Observation of Studies

For studies that require sponsor oversight, we offer a secure remote video conference to observe study activities in real time from virtually any location.

Our team works with sponsors to determine the most appropriate camera placement, viewing angles, and communication protocols prior to study initiation. Sponsors may monitor activities, including data collection activities and other protocol-defined study events, live and communicate with designated study personnel as appropriate without disrupting study conduct.

By enabling remote access, sponsors can maintain visibility into study execution, reduce travel costs, improve scheduling flexibility, and facilitate participation from around the world.
